For all appointments, I allow a 5 minute grace period. After that, it is considered a no-show, and 100% of the cost of service is due via an invoice sent to you by email and/or text. I will not be able to service you at your next appointment until this is done. Time is very important to me, as most of the time appointments are scheduled back to back. This is just to ensure i have the appropriate time for each client and each service. Thank you!

How long should my hair be?
For all areas of the body, your hair needs to be 1/4 of an inch long or the length of a grain of rice. Depending on your hair growth cycle, this is typically 2 weeks.
What should I do to prepare for my wax?
There are a lot of things you can do to make your waxing experience as comfortable as possible. This includes:
Take a warm shower or bath right before to open your pores
Gently exfoliate the day before to get rid of dead skin cells around the base of hair
Some find ibuprofen or advil helpful 30 minutes prior to your appointment
Wear loose clothing
Avoid caffeine and alcohol 24 hour prior
How often should I wax?
Eyebrows/Face Waxing: 2-4 weeksUnderarms: 2-4 weeksAll other body areas: 4-6 weeks*note: remember not to shave or pluck between appointments!!
Is it okay if I am taking any medications?
Any antibiotics or topical acne medications such as: Retinol, Retin-A, AHA's, BHA's, Epiduo, Differin, etc are contraindications and may cause your skin to lift when waxed. You MUST STOP these for 7-10 days before your facial waxing appointment. Why? When using these medications, they are temporarily exfoliating your skin, and when we wax, we are also doing a slight exfoliation. So when done together, you're taking the risk of the skin "lifting".If you are on Accutane, you must be off of the medication for 6 months before any waxing service may be performed.
Can I get waxed while pregnant?
Yes! Just please keep in mind you could experience a little more sensitivity.
What type of payments do you take?
I accept cash or card.
Can I bring my kids?
I understand some days may be harder to find a sitter - I'm a mom, I know. Although I don't recommend bringing your children, I totally understand things happen and if you need to, you can! This is only for waxing services. For longer appointment such as lash extensions, although I love kiddos, I ask that you don't bring your children to those appointments.
